Reacting to the encounter of all four accused in the case of Telangana veterinarian, Lok Sabha MP and BJP leader Gautam Gambhir said that he the accused were trying to escape, then he stands with the police, adding that judicial system needs to reform.'Judicial system needs to be reformed. Verdict of fast track court should be final and there should be no further appeals or mercy petitions for death penalty. Gambhir said If they were trying to escape then, I stand with police.

हैदराबाद गैंगरेप के चारों आरोपियों को पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ में मार गिराया है। एनकाउंटर के बाद चारों ओर से प्रतिक्रियाएं आ रही हैं। कई महिला सांसदों और हस्तियों ने इसकी तारीफ की है तो कुछ लोग ऐसे भी हैं जो कि एनकाउंटर पर सवाल भी खड़े कर रहे हैं। इस मामले में बीजेपी सांसद गौतम गंभीर ने कहा कि ज्यूडिशियल सिस्टम को सुधारने की जरूरत है। फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट का फैसला अंतिम होना चाहिए और मृत्युदंड के लिए कोई और अपील या दया याचिका नहीं होनी चाहिए। अगर आरोपी भागने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, तो मैं पुलिस के साथ खड़ा हूं।
